Manual Draw (Free): We do not collect, store, or share any player names entered manually. Processing occurs only during the active session in your browser, and data is discarded upon closing the tab or refreshing the page.
Premium Features (Registered Accounts): To offer subscription services, we store the following information voluntarily provided by the user:
Player Registration: Names, skill levels, and positions to facilitate future draws.
Match and Tournament Management: Data on created games (date, venue name, price) and results history (scores, top scorers, and standings).
Financial Control: Payment confirmation records and lists of pending items to assist the organizer.
Account Data: Email and basic information for login and subscription management via Mercado Pago.
2. Use of Information
Draw: Data is used to divide teams based on selected criteria (Simple, Skill Level, or Position).
Management: Match and tournament information is stored so the organizer can consult history, share confirmation links, and export data to spreadsheets.
Communication: Links generated for WhatsApp or copying facilitate interaction between the organizer and their players, with the match password being an optional privacy tool for the group.
3. Data Sharing and Partners
Payments: Subscription transactions are processed by Mercado Pago. Sorteia Time does not store and has no access to your credit card data or banking information; we only receive the subscription status confirmation.
Affiliate Programs: We participate in Amazon, Mercado Livre, and Shopee programs. When clicking product links, these partners use cookies to track the sale origin and process commissions, at no additional cost to you.
Advertising (Google AdSense): We use cookies to display personalized ads. The use of the DoubleClick cookie allows Google to serve ads based on your previous visits.
